Reflections

We share with you here some of the wisdom of our Carmelite saints with photos taken in our Monastery. These will be renewed from time to time. We pray that you will find in them inspiration, strength and healing.

However quietly we speak, God is so near that He will hear us. We need no wings to go in search of God, but have only to find a place where we can be alone and look upon Him present within us.

St. Teresa of Avila

Just as the sun shines simultaneously on the tall cedars and on each little flower as though it were the only one on earth, so our Lord is occupied particularly with each of us as though there were no others.
